Display policy

Most library branches provide free public notice boards and leaflet stands for displaying and promoting the activities and programmes of community organisations and groups (exceptions are Arapaki Manners (CBD), Te Awe (CBD), and Waitohi | Johnsonville).

Key Points

• Our Displays Team will put your material up - please hand your display material to staff at the information desk.
• There is no set timeframe for posters to be displayed on the notice boards, rather when time and space allow.
• All material is accepted at the discretion of the Libraries Manager or his/her representative and must comply with the Libraries' Display Policy.
• There is no charge for displaying material on these notice boards.
